Program Services – Director of Advisory Portfolio
Community Disaster Response Ontario (CDRO) is pleased to announce that Ms. Kyla Burtyn,
long-time Member of CDRO, has accepted the role as Director of Advisory Portfolio. Ms. Burtyn will be responsible for all aspects of the Advisory Portfolio to assist you, your team and the organization or community you serve are prepared, able to navigate, and recover your organization or community.
Ms. Burtyn is an accomplished Project Manager and Regulatory Compliance Specialist. She has over 15 years’ experience in program and project management, with a focus on emergency management and occupational health and safety. Kyla holds a B.A. Honours in Political Science from Carleton University, with advanced certificates from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs in Energy and Natural Resources Infrastructure Protection.
