development, government relations, and campaign management, she is dedicated to driving innovation and empowering others.

Kathleen holds diplomas in Advanced International Trade from Centennial College and Corporate Communications and Public Relations from Fanshawe College. With over a decade of experience in disaster management as both a volunteer and employee with the Canadian Red Cross—alongside her involvement with CDRO—she brings invaluable expertise to her advisory roles.
